York College was looking for an easy to use solution that allowed delivery of digital content to all areas of the college. It needed to be flexible, with the ability to deliver different content to different areas in a reasonable and quick fashion.

The college needed the system to be easy to use and customisable so that it would fit in to the college's requirements. It needed to be integrated into the college's infrastructure and allow for future scalability with minimal disruption.

The DISE software is Scalable yet flexible with built in content design tools.  It is centrally managed and has an easy to use feature rich interface. DISE was suggested as a solution as it fit with the client?s current requirements and would easily service their future needs.

Installation /Rollout:

How was the installation deployed? :

Successfully installed over 2 days. Any teething issues were resolved promptly and professionally.

Comments from the customer:

“DISE met our expectations, and compared to other solutions, was the most flexible in terms of use and deployment. It is being used extensively throughout the college and was up and running very quickly. With minimal training, college staff have been creating and scheduling content to be used on the screens, and with the backup of the support from Digital Media Systems, have had virtually no issues with the solution.”
