Dise Composer 1.5 is now available as a stand alone product

The acclaimed digital signage editor from Klocktornet AB is now available as a stand alone product. Previously the Dise Composer was packaged together with a dedicated Player application. Now digital signage entry level users can start using local digital signage thanks to the built in player. Dise Composer is a tool for creating real time digital signage presentations which can be used for local channel play out. Dise Composer handles real time editing and mixing of multiple video sources, graphic objects and dynamic text objects with movement and effects. Dise Composer is priced $411 US.

Dise DSM to Screen Communication AS

Dise is a real-time digital signage software package enabling users to create smooth, flicker free, broadcast quality, digital signage channels.

Dise runs on standard Windows XP based computers and takes advantage of the graphical power of modern computers.
Screen Communication AS has been working with digital signage since 1988. Today Screen Communication has 500 screens (50” Plasma-screens) placed at strategic locations throughout Norway. Screen Communication has as of the beginning of 2006 started installation of 13 airports in Sweden. The content shown on the screens is a mix of commercials, news and information.
Klocktornet is responsible for delivering a complete software system to enable content creation, distribution, play out and management.
Klocktornet won the deal in competition with other digital signage system providers.

Dise DSM to Telia Stores

Dise has been chosen by Sweden's larges telecommunications company to run a systems of networked plasma screens in 80 stores. The system is sold by Swedish distributor Special-Elektronik AB. The content, which is made by an appointed third party content provider, will be a mix of product information with video and images.

Capture card support

One of the new features of Dise is to include real time live feeds from digital cameras, webcams or capture cards.

This means that you can playback and mix graphics with real time and create professional output previously only available in high end systems.

Setting up a system for capture support includes virtualization of local hardware so that remote hardware can be used when editing without knowing which hardware is actually used at the player side.
