Monitor your playback, reports and statistics
DISE Enterprise provides you with an interface to get real time view of the current playback for each player. It monitors that the software is running and that no errors has occurred.
In DISE Enterprise each player logs all playback information which enables you to customise your reports just like you want them. Verify how often a specific ad has been displayed over a specific number of players or over a specific time period.
Control hardware, screens and computers
Both hardware and software can be monitored in DISE Enterprise. You can schedule screens to turn on and off from a central location. Turn player computers on and off remotely to reduce power consumption. An important feature for environmentally aware companies.
Special alarms can be set up to sound or send an e-mail if any single player or screen in your network should fail. This will make it possible for you to respond to a problem within minutes.
Trigger alert on software or hardware errors
With DISE Enterprise you can trigger alerts according to your requirements. Alerts can be set to certain levels, meaning that a hardware alert can send an e-mail to a hardware technician whereas a software alert could trigger an e-mail or similar to someone else. Already when you start the rollout installation of your system, DISE Enterprise quickly gives you a return on investment. Instead of requiring each technician onsite to have DISE-knowledge, the installation and set-up of the player software are done from a central location. All the technician onsite needs to do after connecting the player hardware and screens is to insert an already prepared USB-stick in the player, and enter the player identification. The player will then remote connect to the DISE Enterprise server and download all the settings, content and software updates needed. The player can then be reconfigured, updated and maintained remotely.
DISE Complete includes a database that is the heart in a DISE Enterprise system. It is based on a standard MySQL database, with open formats and tables, which enables you to use third party tools to extend or dig into the data produced by the system. The database contains detailed information on both content played as well as uptime reports on players and screens.
